This weekend I got to see After Tiller, a powerful documentary about third trimester abortions and the American doctors who provide them in the wake of Dr. George Tiller’s murder.

It was great to see this movie with a colleague (who also teaches gender studies classes) and stay for the panel discussion afterwards; I learned that just down the road from me is the Concord Feminist Health Center, an organization that really piqued my curiosity! I’m looking forward to getting involved with them in the future.
